Change is difficult and takes time. I support you in recognizing and tackling the issues that concern or block you. You are not alone .

I offer 1:1 coaching for:

Adolescents

As a teenager, you experience enormous changes. Often you become a stranger to yourself, which is scary, you feel things you can’t explain, and your body changes. Being a teenager is incredibly difficult, especially for yourself.

It is important to me that you feel understood, taken seriously and heard, which is why communication at eye level is essential.

As a coach for young people, my goal is to support you on your path to self-development, to recognize and promote your strengths, and to help you overcome challenges. This path is always individual and respects your personal needs and life realities. The focus is on recognizing your potential, making it visible to you, strengthening it and using practical tools to increase your self-efficacy. In doing so, your mental health and well-being are also particularly important, because if you are really doing well and you feel comfortable with yourself, you will succeed in achieving your goals and going through your life with joy.

I encourage you with a lot of empathy, openness, creative tools and a solution-oriented approach, to take responsibility and to experience yourself as competent and capable of action.

This way, not only your personal development but also the understanding and dealing with social challenges and emotions are fostered and your own well-being is increased.

When we were little, we intuitively knew who we were and what really gave us joy. We didn’t think about what others thought or compared ourselves. For many people, this changes over the course of their lives, often leading to frustration, anger, sadness or self-doubt. There are many reasons for this. What is important to know is that it is possible to change this. You are not alone.

It is possible for you to feel lighter, more fulfilled and less stressed. It is possible to set boundaries, to say no without fear of not being loved. You can learn to feel comfortable with yourself and your feelings. My coaching approach is tailored to your individual needs and circumstances, whether it’s about strengthening self-confidence, promoting professional development or balancing family and career.

It’s about living a life that is authentic for you and feels right for you.
During the process, any blockages or limiting beliefs are recognized and dissolved. This leads to a life that corresponds to your own values and needs and feels easy.

How is that possible?

Face the truth: First, it is important to become aware of what is no longer working in your life and face the fact that change is necessary if you want change.

Develop a vision: Then it is crucial to develop a vision for the life you want. This is an idea of what life could look like if it were in line with one’s true desires and goals.

Identify obstacles: I will help you recognize the internal and external obstacles that could prevent you from achieving your vision (e.g. fears, beliefs, external constraints).

Implementation: This is about developing and implementing specific, small actions that help you get closer to your vision. These actions should come from within you, not from a ‘must-do’ mentality.

Celebration: We celebrate your small successes on the path to change.
