Counseling
Welcome and thank you for taking time for yourself and thus enabling the first step towards a possible change or support.
We have all been at a point where we realized, that we are stuck on our path. Such realization often triggers feelings of insecurity, helplessness or frustration. With many years of experience and knowledge, I will accompany you on your way to new perspectives and solutions. Completely individually, with a great deal of empathy, commitment, curiousity and openness.

In challenging situations, it is often difficult to organize your thoughts, keep calm and look for objective options.
My goal is to povide you with a space where you feel safe and respected. Together we will find out what issues or challenges you are currently facing and how you can deal with them. Your needs and your pace are the center of attention. The counseling process is designed to achieve both short-term and long-term improvements in your life.
What does the counseling consist of?
A counseling session consists of one or more one-to-one meetings, in which the causes and effects of the issue in question are clarified. Among other things, the aim is to look at a situation from different angles, and then work out suggestions for how to proceed. Depending on your wishes, you will receive a variety of suggestions or tips during the session, which you can try out if they seem right for you.
I generally take a resource- and solution-oriented approach and combine it with mindfulness and stress management techniques.
You are the center of attention and it is crucial that you feel understood, heard and accepted.

What is important to me during our session?
Trust and security: The basis of our work is a confidential and respectful relationship. Everything you discuss with me will remain with me.
Empathy and understanding: I will endeavour to understand your perspective and help you to understand yourself better, sort out your feelings and thoughts and gain new insights.
Promoting self-reflection: The counseling process will aim to identify your own resources and strengths and help you to develop solutions to the challenges you face.
Working together towards goals: We will set specific goals that will help you overcome your difficulties and improve your quality of life. In doing so, we will make sure that the goals are realistic and achievable.
