FAQ
Here you will find answers to various questions. If you can’t find your answer, please contact me and I will be happy to answer your question directly.
What are the benefits of coaching?
Coaching takes you from the now to what you want to achieve. If you are stuck, unsure or ready for a change, coaching will help you develop clarity, structure and a reliable plan moving forward. Regardless of whether you are looking for a new career direction, personal development or a more balanced life. Coaching helps you to discover your potential and take steps towards a life that matches your values and goals.
What distinguishes coaching from counseling or therapy?
Counseling
Life coaching differs from counseling and therapy in its approach and focus. Counseling provides expert advice and solutions to specific challenges, while therapy addresses past trauma and mental health issues with a licensed professional.
Coaching
Coaching, on the other hand, is future-oriented and goal-oriented. As a life coach, Daniela Sieber helps you to clarify your wishes and visions, overcome any obstacles and take actionable steps towards your desired future. Unlike therapy, which often explores the past, or counseling, which provides expert strategies, coaching empowers you to find your own answers and create coherent and meaningful changes for yourself.
